Just like mushrooms that emerge in the shaded corners of the forest for a fleeting moment, this ephemeral installation takes shape within an ecosystem built on a mound of stones from the former buildings of the Institute of Criminology in Bern.

The secrets buried deep within the rock surface as clay sculptures infused with these unsettling stories. This installation bears witness to these forgotten tales, absorbing echoes of the past through a unique sound language. The attentive ear of the visitor then becomes the tool for the liberation of these silent chronicles, leaving in turn an imprint on the material—another return to the earth.
